Description
Micro concave coating rollers are used for precision coating of lithium battery separators, protective films, conductive films, high-end release films, automotive explosion-proof films, and solar panel films.
Ceramic mesh rollers are collectively referred to as quantitative ink transfer rollers. Their purpose is to determine different volumes based on different mesh types, mesh lines, and mesh depth. The amount of ink loaded varies depending on the volume, printing and coating methods, and substrate used.
Mirror rollers and extinction rollers are widely used in industries such as plastics, leather, papermaking, textiles, packaging and printing, and steel. However, compared to traditional hard chromium electroplating layers, thermal sprayed ceramic rollers have the following obvious advantages:
1. High temperature resistance: Traditional chrome plating coatings will quickly fail in high temperature environments above 200 ℃, while ceramic materials selected according to actual working conditions can achieve high temperature resistance of 850 ℃, which is widely used in the steel manufacturing industry;
2. Wear resistance: Ultra hard ceramic mirror rollers and extinction rollers can increase the hardness from HRV800 of the hard chromium layer to HRV1200 or above;
3. Corrosion resistance: Thermal sprayed ceramic alloy materials have strong corrosion resistance, and their excellent corrosion resistance is widely used in harsh environments such as petrochemicals;
